Please note that no pets, parties, or smoking/vaping are allowed in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any public spaces of the building. Violations may incur fines of up to $700 per infraction, along with costs for repairs related to smoke/fire damage.

All rentals through Captain Cook Resorts include essential amenities such as bath towels, beach linens, cookware, and start-up supplies. However, please plan to bring beach umbrellas, toys, and food items, as these are not provided.
